A Newport Roofing Company That Looks for the Fix First

We repair roofs, gutters and siding for homeowners across Northern Kentucky. When a repair will hold, that is what we recommend. When it won't, we show you why and walk you through replacement, so you can decide with the facts in front of you.

How We Think About Your Roof

A lot of roofs get replaced that didn't need to be. A lifted shingle, cracked pipe boot or loose flashing at the chimney can let water in for months and stain a ceiling, yet the rest of the roof still has good years left. Fixing that one spot costs far less than a tear-off, and we think you deserve to hear that option first.

Some roofs really are done. Shingles that have lost most of their granules, curl at the edges or crack when lifted won't take a patch well, and decking that has gone soft underneath won't hold new nails. In those cases we tell you so, show you photos of what we saw and explain how a new roof would be built on your home, layer by layer.

Either way, you get the same thing from us: a clear account of what's wrong, what it takes to fix it and what each choice costs over time. You make the call. We don't push, and we don't hurry you.

What You Can Expect From Us

  1. 01

    Photos before any recommendation

We climb up, look closely and take pictures of what we find. You see the problem spots yourself before we talk about a price.

  2. 02

    An honest repair-or-replace answer

If a repair is sensible, we say so, even when a full replacement would be a bigger job for us. If the roof is past patching, we explain exactly what tells us that.

  3. 03

    Line-item estimates in plain words

Your estimate spells out the work, the materials and anything that could change the price, like soft decking we can't see until the old shingles come off. No vague totals.

  4. 04

    Your yard treated with care

We cover plants, protect your driveway and keep debris off your lawn. Before we leave, we sweep the ground for loose nails so your family and pets can walk the yard safely.

The Towns We Cover

We're based in Newport and regularly take jobs in Fort Thomas, Bellevue, Southgate, Covington, Fort Mitchell, Taylor Mill, Cold Spring and Highland Heights. Homeowners in Cincinnati and Norwood, just across the Ohio, ask us out as well. Our winters freeze and thaw over and over, slowly opening small gaps around flashing and vents, and catching those early with a careful repair keeps a minor leak from turning into a much bigger bill.

The services don't change from one town to the next: roof repair, roof replacement, roof inspections, storm damage repair, gutters and siding. The Service Areas page lists the places we get to most.
